i recently traveled to Vitoria, ES on TAM through Chang Express…they were very good…made good connections…in February i went to Salvador on a good fare with AA but they lost my luggage, sent it to London…i went to Vitoria last October and again this February and April…do you know a good jazz place there? i lost my passport and visa before my October trip so i went to Miami and got it all done in one morning, just had to wait 2 days for visa to be mailed to my home…thanks…
i went to Carnaval in Vitoria…it was ok but nothing like Rio…
